Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer who can build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend applications. You will take end-to-end ownership of features — from architecture to deployment — helping accelerate our AI product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services using Django / Django REST Framework
- Develop rich, responsive UIs using React + TypeScript
- Design efficient database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow across components
- Write secure, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application scalability
- Work closely with product and AI teams to ship value quickly
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience building full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in:
Django, Django REST Framework
React, Hooks, State Management
JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Experience with Docker and containerized development
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and API security best practices
Preferred / Good to Have
- Knowledge of Kubernetes cluster deployments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with Celery, Redis, Message Queues, ORMs optimization
- Experience with frontend testing (Jest/RTL) or backend testing frameworks
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)
