Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and techno-functional Business Analyst to drive requirement discovery, solution definition, and implementation support for AI-driven automation platforms.
1) Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into structured use cases and platform-based solutions.
- Create BRD, FRD, FRS, and comprehensive functional documentation.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure requirement traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Craft User Stories, Use Cases, and workflow definitions.
- Prepare Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Functional Architecture, and End-to-End Solution Architecture documentation.
- Develop Solution Design Documents to clearly represent system interactions and dependencies.
- Draft API documentation and integration specifications.
- Work with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical implementation.
- Translate business use cases into AI-driven automation workflows.
- Contribute to Generative AI and LLM-based solution design initiatives.
- Apply prompt engineering concepts to enhance AI-driven outcomes.
- Support development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing AI automation capabilities.
- Define test scenarios and participate in functional and technical testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and client validation.
- Ensure alignment between documented requirements and delivered solutions.
- Coordinate with sprint management tools (GitLab, Azure/VSTS, JIRA, etc.) for tracking and delivery alignment.
- Partner with presales, product, and delivery teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
2) Skills and Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, automation, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, FRS) and solution design artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Knowledge of ERP integrations with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc., is an added advantage.
- Understanding of AI automation platforms and Generative AI concepts.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and LLM-driven use case design is preferred.
- Experience working in structured delivery environments using sprint tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
