What we are looking for:
Our sales and BD teams have been doing all that it takes for a start-up to well, quite literally, ‘START UP’! While they are doing it all quite well – we’re looking for an Associate Director- Sales with 10+ years of experience to be, both, the ‘lead magnet’ and the ‘warden of deal closures’ to contribute to the growth of the thriving E42 team!
If you eat, breathe, and sleep sales and have hands-on experience in building lead pipelines that not only thrive but also convert into customers – you’re probably the one we are waiting for!
What You Will Do:
- Identify and engage qualified leads to drive them towards closure
- Ensure conversion for standard AI workers within the trial period or Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Collaborate with the solutions and pre-sales team to define scope, submit proposals, negotiate, and close deals
In essence, your focus will be on closing deals, closing deals, and closing more deals!
