Role: Director – Strategic Alliance and Partnership

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliances strategy that aligns with E42’s growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, that can enhance our offerings and expand our market reach
- Collaborate with potential partners to negotiate terms, create value propositions, and define beneficial partnership agreements that are well-defined
- Oversee and manage existing partnerships to ensure successful collaboration and drive the growth of the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and engineering, to develop joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies
- Track and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined KPIs providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company need basis at industry events, conferences, and therefore catalyze networking opportunities to promote partnership initiatives and expand our network
Skills Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA or master’s degree preferred)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities
- Proven track record of 7+ years of building and managing successful partnerships and alliances, including negotiation of partnership agreements and contracts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, across the globe
- Exceptional communication, articulation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong bias to action
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive results
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and success.
