Manager – Automation Solution Delivery and Support – Cognitive Process Automation

Must Have
Experience 5 – 10 years (Implementation/delivery , Support and CSAT for direct clients – Hands on Experience in Automation, Artificial Intelligence/RPA. Well versed with project management and SCRUM.

 

Good to have
Natural Language Processing , AI and  skills in Linux , Python and Open source components,

 

Human-like cognition provided by Multi functional Cognitive Agents or NLPBots at enterprise scale.

 

Experience 5-10 years (Implementation , Support and CSAT for direct clients – Hands on Experience in Automation, Artificial Intelligence, RPA preferred. Should be comfortable with Linux , Python and Open source components, well versed with project management and SCRUM

We will train you on the platform but you need to have worked in delivery/tech support and be a guru at managing large customers, set processes using Ticketing tools, CRM, and also contribute your experience as a Subject Matter expert on Customer Care.

 

Remuneration commensurate with experience (Minimum 5 years)
