Pre-Sales Trainee

Position: Permanent/Intern

Role: Pre-Sales Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Skills required: 

  • Excellent communication skills, people, presentation, and social skills 
  • Passion for content writing and presentation, experimentation, and use of the latest tools/technologies to create excellent content 
  • Good hands-on knowledge of the MS Office suite 
  • Awareness of the latest market trends, digitalization, and AI 
  • Should have a positive attitude of putting diligent effort as and when required 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Being part of the pre-sales team, develop collaterals (PPTs, demo content, demo videos), proposals, client presentations, research, and technical documents  
  • Liaise with subject matter experts for effective sales calls and proposal development  
  • Support the solutions team with required data setup, testing for a demo/PoC 
  • Support the team with sales engineering, competitor insights, and client acquisitions 
  • Handle solution team’s day-to-day MIS, tracking updates, and coordinate with cross-teams 
  • Be flexible to work in multiple time zones
