Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing
- Design and develop the test automation framework
- Constantly evaluate the test automation strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement (i.e., test automation frameworks, coding standards, etc.)
- Build and maintain efficient test frameworks and pipelines for performance, stress, and integration tests
- Closely coordinate with the delivery team and share detailed test reports, communicate test progress, risks, including defect reports and test execution summaries
- Govern the adherence to the quality practices and address any impediments
- Designing methods for the creation of effective test data
- Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in-line with the skillset of the team
- Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
- Perform usability testing to evaluate the user experience of the application
- Participate in planning, grooming, and review meetings and ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills Required:
- Manual testing and unit testing with Python
- Expertise in pytest (Must Have)
- Automation testing (JMeter, selenium)
- Experience in AI automation testing
- Performance testing
- API testing
- Expertise in test automation tools with benching with stress testing
- Record and Play automation test on omni channel
- Good to have—Linux and Python skills
- Expertise in communication skills
- Experience related to AI worker implementation with chatbot
