Objectives of this role:  
  

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company 
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices 
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
  • Work with the product developer to prioritize the product backlog 
      

Your tasks:  
  

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective 
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress 
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions 
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders 
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products and solutions on time 
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles 
  • Create, track, and prioritize epics, sub-epics, and user stories in GitLab 
  • Oversee the creation and management of GitLab issues, ensuring that sub-epics and tasks align with sprint goals 
  • Manage GitLab boards and pipelines to reflect project statuses and monitor progress 
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure tasks are broken down effectively into manageable chunks 
  • Ensure that all work items in GitLab are well-defined, properly assigned, and tracked through completion  
      

Required skills and qualifications:  
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies 
  • Experience managing epics, sub-epics, and task creation in GitLab Ultimate for agile project management 
  • Expertise in GitLab Ultimate and GitLab Agile project management
