Business Analyst—Human Resources

Position: Permanent 

Role: Business Analyst HR 

Experience: 8 to 10 years 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Leading client consultations to assess their HR automation needs and challenges 
  • Analyse current business processes systems data and workflows 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities 
  • Document processes through methods like flowcharts 
  • Developing customized HR automation solutions using E42’s cognitive process automation platform 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients providing expert guidance and support throughout the solutioning process 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of HR automation solutions 
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance to clients’ post-implementation ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction 
  • Plan and manage the PoC/DRG from initiation to closure 
  • Track progress to ensure on-time delivery 

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices including recruitment onboarding performance management and compliance 
  • Proven experience in solutioning and implementing HR automation projects preferably within a technology or consulting environment 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients understand their requirements and articulate solutions 
  • Proficiency in HR technology and automation tools with experience leveraging them to streamline processes and improve efficiency 
  • Experience in BPO and HR process automation 
  • Experience of HR automation with IVR/voice-enabled solutions will be an added advantage 
    HR operations are good to have 
  • Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation of HR automation projects ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction 
  • An analytical mindset to assess client needs identify pain points and devise innovative automation solutions 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate complex client environments and address evolving requirements
