Business Development Manager

Position: Permanent 

Role: Business Development Manager 

Experience: 2 to 5 years 

Must Have: 

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs 
  • Good to have experience with UiPath and Automation Anywhere 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and nurture opportunities for automation, ideally in the GCC space or Global Shared Services 
  • Industries include BFSI, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Logistics, Automobile, Healthcare, and Life Sciences 
  • Network at the CXO level and use account mapping skills using social selling tools like LinkedIn 
  • Strong grasp of emerging technologies in software, AI, Automation, and offshore-onshore working models 
  • Broad understanding of shared services model across various departments including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing 
  • Reach out to clients via phone outreach and digital channels, articulate the value proposition to clients, and build synergies 
  • Facilitate and engage in events, roundtables, and conclaves to develop a new sales funnel
